Dr. David B. Agus is a professor of medicine and engineering at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and Viterbi School of Engineering and the founding director of USC’s Lawrence J. Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine.

He is one of the world’s leading physicians and the cofounder of several pioneering personalized medicine as well as a CBS News contributor.  More personally,  he is the grandson of Rabbi Jacob B. Agus, rabbi emeritus of Beth El Congregation.
