Beth El Congregation Executive Director

One of the largest, most prominent and leading synagogues in North America, Beth El Congregation in Baltimore, seeks an Executive Director. Beth El is a progressive, egalitarian and inclusive congregation affiliated with the Conservative Movement. The congregation currently enjoys a strong and involved membership, a nationally respected team of clergy, and talented lay leadership who are all working together to chart a new path of involvement and appreciation of Jewish life.

The next Executive Director will be a dynamic and creative team leader who will set a broad vision, manage a strong team and oversee multiple functions within the congregation including, but not limited to, those listed below. A strong command of budgeting and financial issues, staff management, current and emerging technology platforms, and the strategic use of social media are required.
