Gesher L'Tikvah
The Gesher L’Tikvah (Bridge to Hope) Program is a collaboration with The Jemicy School designed to provide a Jewish education for students in grades two through seven with dyslexia and language-based learning differences. Open to the entire Jewish community, students will meet twice a week to study Hebrew and Judaic studies at Beth El Congregation. The classes offer a multi-sensory curriculum modeled after Jemicy teaching methods, multi-media Hebrew reading computer programs, trained and experiences faculty, individualized B’nai Mitzvah preparation, a lower student-to-teacher ratio and integrated group activities to meet other Jewish students.
